Our client approached us for their all day corporate conference being hosted on Level 35 at Sky Garden and requested support with 2 large screens for displaying presentations, along with a full PA system for the space with microphones for the presenters and audience Q&A and audio relay to Level 36, plus branding options.
Our solution was two 5m x 3m LED walls to stand prominently in the centre of the room, with the Shard as the backdrop behind a central stage. All content was then custom created to fit the screens, which was then fed through the Aquilon to push what content showed where on the large displays. We also had a full D&B PA system to cover the whole area, along with D&B relay to the floor above so that the presentations could be heard up there as well. We also then provided dual comfort monitors and countdown timers to aid the presenters.
For branding, the client opted for a large seamless branded wrap for the bar on level 35, which spanned the entire 21m width of the bar!
