PR Live was proud to provide technical production for JD Sports’ exclusive product launch event at All Star Lanes, Westfield Shopping Centre. This high-energy celebration required expert staging, audio, and lighting to create an immersive atmosphere, seamlessly blending live performances with a dynamic party experience.
Technical Production Highlights
To ensure a top-tier guest experience, PR Live delivered a comprehensive technical solution:
- Stage & Audio System: We provided a full D&B PA system to accommodate both a live band and a celebrity DJ. The sound system was also fed into the in-house PA, ensuring music and performances could be heard throughout the entire venue.
- Dynamic Lighting Design: To enhance the event’s ambiance, we installed Astera AX1 lighting fixtures across the venue’s ceiling, running a synchronized chasing lighting effect.
- Venue-Wide Illumination: Our team provided strategic uplighting throughout the space, highlighting key areas and enhancing the overall aesthetic.
- Bar & Bowling Lane Effects: Special lighting effects were deployed at the bar, along with moving gobo projections on the bowling lanes. Additionally, custom logo projections were displayed on the walls in the lanes, reinforcing JD Sports’ branding throughout the event.
